Easy Back to School Lunch Ideas ♡ Vegan

iOS: Idea 1

You'll need:

- 1 tomato, bread, vegan cream cheese, pesto and spices

Just heat up your bread in the oven or pop it in the toaster, chop up your tomatoes and put it all together to enjoy!

Lunch Idea 2

You'll need:

- pasta shells, dried and fresh tomato, parsley

- dressing: up your pasta, chop up your ingredients and mix it all together, add the sauce.

Lunch Idea 3

You'll need:

- cooked chickpeas, vegan mayo, tahini, mustard, 1 red onion, parsley,

spices I also added cress which fits perfectly with this recipe

Inspired rinsing the can of cooked chickpeas, mash them up to your liking. Chop up the ingredients and add the spices and about a cup of mayo and a squirt of mustard to make it creamy. Spread on your favourite bread and save fishes!

8 Back to School Vegan Sandwiches, plant based recipes - none of the animal all of the flavor!

You can have a sandwich for breakfast , lunch, and dinner! These sandwiches are great for your kids lunch boxes too. They're all under 500 Calories and less than 13 grams of fat with an average of 10 grams of fat per sandwich.

Nutrients, Fat, and Calories will vary depending on the brand of bread and other packaged products you use.

When looking for vegan bread, check for obvious ingredients like milk, eggs or butter. But also check for ingredients that aren't so obviously from animals, here's a list of hidden animal ingredients in food: - - Kitchen Equipment - - : Bamboo Cutting Boards : Measuring Spoons

- Almond Butter Apple

1 tbsp Almond Butter

¼ Apple, Sliced

1 tsp Agave

Dash Cinnamon

2 slices Whole Grain or Gluten Free Bread

- Peanut Butter Banana

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

1 Banana

1 tsp Agave

Dash Cinnamon

2 slices Whole Grain or Gluten Free Bread

- The Bloody Mary

5 Sun-Dried Tomato

¼ Lemon, juiced

Optional: 1 tsp Siracha

1 slice Onion

¼ cup Hummus

1 tbsp Hempseeds

1 tbsp Tahini

½ Lemon, juiced

1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp Water

3 leaves Romaine Lettuce

2 slices Whole Grain or Gluten Free Bread

- Veggie Sandwich

½ tbsp Dijon

½ tbsp Tahini

1 slice of Onion

⅓ medium Tomato, sliced

2 leave Romaine

2 slices Whole Grain or Gluten Free Bread

- Coleslaw – Vinaigrette

1 slice of Green Cabbage

1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 tsp Agave or Maple Syrup

1 tsp Peanut or Vegetable Oil, Sesame Seed Oil

Salt and pepper

2 slices Whole Grain or Gluten Free Bread

Optional: Let set 20 minutes

- Coleslaw - Creamy

1 slice of Green Cabbage

2 tsp distilled white vinegar or Apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Tahini

1 tsp Agave or Maple Syrup

dash pepper

dash salt

2 slices Whole Grain or Gluten Free Bread

Optional: Let set 20 Minutes
